CRITIQUE ON CONCEPT OF SPACES
I am going to disagree with the article by starting with a quote from Robert Kronenburg writter and editor of the book called portable architecture he says
" mobile buildings uses a much greater range of innovative materials and constructional
techniques than conventional or stable building projects and it is therefore at the
forefront in the exploitation of technology transfer opportunities in the building industry.

Human response about mobile architecture observed and published in a book
Portable Architecture By Robert Kronenburg he mentions in his book that "perhaps the
most important (yet most difficult to evaluate) common features of this case studies
is the reactions that people have towards mobile architecture. Practical benefits
are relatively easy to understand once they are quantified. portable buildings can
possibly do almost anything that permanent ones can and they are also frequently
capable of fulfilling other functions that would be impossible by any other means.
portable buildings have a low environmental impact, they may be located in rural or
urban situations with minimal long-term effects.in that high profile locations it can be
used to increase the number of people reached in a given time period.unusual building
forms that are temporarily sited in familiar settings can also change peoples views of
their environment and maybe give them the impetus to more clearly recognize its positive
and negative attributes. However there are many other artists who are influential in the filed
of experimental mobile environments : Joep Van Lieshout. his group of collaborates and
assistants have manufactured a series of 'mobile homes' that are simultaneously
sensuous, romantic, amusing and at least at a certain degree, practical proposals for
transportable, tow able, and clip on living and sleeping spaces."

The author suggests that the mobile world would impede human development but an article in a book Transportable environments 3 By Robert Kronenburg, Filiz Klassen would suggest otherwise,
the books says that "Technological innovation's such as mobile architecture has been
an important driving force in human development. contemporary has an interest in innovation
partly from the recognition that life on the whole has been made much more easier and
safer due to technological advancements such as mobile architecture.

Although some of the points made by the author in the article are true about
mobile architecture but i think as the world advances architects have to keep up with the
needs of human population, and being mobile does have alot of advantages over stable and
existential architecture as mentioned above, and as far as its known architecture is
